My Background
I grew up in British Columbia and studied business administration at Simon Fraser University. After graduating, I worked in HR and talent acquisition, supporting international hiring for tech companies. This experience gave me insight into Canadian immigration from both employer and employee perspectives.
In 2018, I recognized a gap: most immigration consultants were either too expensive (lawyers) or too impersonal (large firms). I decided to get my RCIC certification and start ADS Immigration—offering expert, personalized guidance at a fair price.
